Well - we're pregnant
October 26, 2007 08:47PM
You know - I didn't think we'd be here again this quickly, but it's baby time again. Lori is about 8 weeks along, and her first doctor visit was clean. She has started having a good bit of morning sickness, but it's kind of calming down now.
I don't really have much else to say - I just wanted to let you know.
Peace,
Marsh
How Cute Is She?

I just got home from Fairfax, VA - what a great weekend of concerts we had - one of the best I can remember.
I have come home to an empty house this time. Lori's younger sister is getting married soon, and she and the baby went to Alabama for bridal showers and making the rounds with the grandparents. Presley is getting so big now - she just had her 6 month check-up, and she's now 15lbs 8oz, and 27in long. She's such a good little girl. She started teething a couple of weeks ago, so she's a bit more fussy than normal but she's still just the greatest. I miss them when I'm gone.
Let me just say that I sing with the greatest guys in the world. I love Guy Penrod and Wes Hampton like they were my brothers, and Bill is the most generous man I know. I enjoy singing and being with those guys so much - it is a blessing to me to have good men like them in my life.
I'm heading off to dreamland now - church comes early every Sunday after a weekend of concerts, but tomorrow it's an hour earlier - don't forget to set your clocks forward.
Peace,
Marsh
Here We Go Again
January 24, 2007 12:32AM
Well it's the end of January, and that means we've started back up again with our annual concerts in Florida. Bill knows how to spend the winter. Bill and I were both suffering from lingering colds this past weekend, but I think we're both about over it.
As nice as it was to be out and singing again, I loved getting home to see little Presley and hear about all the things she had done since I was gone. She's eating cereal and baby fruits once a day now, and she's sucking her thumb all the time. Her new thing, that makes her mom and I smile, is giggling. She hasn't done this a lot yet, but every now and then, something we do will catch her just right, and she'll giggle over and over again while we perform whatever it is that's making her laugh.
Life is so good - that little girl just makes everything better. What a blessing she is - we have a real-life angel in our house.
God bless.
Peace,
Marsh
